Does Xplor offer special discounts?

Xplor means buying tickets on the platform will give you a special discount for admission to the park for $129.99. But for all purchases you make in the first 7 days of visiting the platform, you can get 10% off the regular price and 15% off your purchases 21 days or more in advance, and prices vary by season.

Does Xplor offer a discount for children?

Xplor indicates that children ages 5-11 receive 50% off the normal adult price, and the park is limited to children under 5 years old. Presenting a valid ID at their counter is mandatory. Their activities are all family friendly, there are no activities specifically for young children, and they can complete them all as long as they comply with every requirement. But they must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and in the case of an amphibious vehicle, they can participate, but only adults with a driver's license are allowed to drive.

What methods of payment does Xplor accept?

Xplor said there are multiple payment methods based on the currency selected on their website. For Mexican pesos, you can pay with a debit or credit card issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners. You can also pay by deposit or transfer at the bank branch of your choice, at the convenience stores of the most well-known chains by choosing check as your purchase method or trusting the security provided by PayPal.

Does Xplor have a money back guarantee?

Xplor stipulates that cancellations made more than 2 days before the reservation date will be subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 2-0 days or no-show, reservations will not be refunded. Cancellations will be refunded according to the method of payment and once you have booked and paid, you will not be able to change entrances, activities and/or tours.

Does Xplor have a discount for new customer?

Yes. In order to increase the brand exposure and expand the customer base, Xplor has specially formulated the first discount policy for the new customers. As a new customer of Xplor, you can save $41 on average when paying the first bill.
