Does Xel-Ha offer a child discount?

Xel-Ha offers 50% discount for children. Children aged 5 to 11 receive half the adult fare. However, please note that children over 4.5 feet under the age of 12 must present official ID to verify their age, such as a passport, school certificate or birth certificate.

What methods of payment does Xel-Ha accept?

Depending on the currency selected on the Xel-Ha website, there are various payment methods available to purchase tickets or tours. What is Xel-Ha's cancellation policy?

At Xel-Ha, a 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 2 days before the booking date, and no refunds will be given for bookings less than 2 days. Packages and Xperience Passports are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Cancellations will be compensated according to the payment method. Once booked and paid, changes cannot be made. Clients must cancel swimming with dolphins through the designated means.
